The vibe is getting both smooth and delicate on the new single by Loa & Koan.
 Sebastian Vinther Olsen's production and Maria Jagd's instruments are designed with an exquisite finesse to perfectly fit the track which is a duet between Loa Esaias and the Dutch wonderchild Démira, who has recently released her latest EP 'New Voodoo', recorded in the legendary Electric Lady Studios in New York.



The two artistic kindred spirits have had a long distance artistic friendship since meeting by accident in 2015. Since then they have performed a concert together in Copenhagen, but the effect that their many late night phone conversations have had on eachother in a musical sense and the impact it has had on their songwriting can't be understated.

'Waiting For My Baby' is one of many songs that Loa Esaias has written with Démira's voice in mind, but this is the first time they're actually recorded singing together.
»Démira is without a doubt my artistic twin sister and often the first one who gets to hear new song ideas when I want feedback and inspiration. She always understands what it is I want to express in a song, often before I do so myself«, Loa Esaias explains.

'Waiting For My Baby' is released on Celebration Records on September 24th 2021.
